Dressing and impressing

Body language

Many campus recruitments begin with a group discussion where companies interview 8 to 10 people together, and then, based on their performance, they are shortlisted for the next round. The idea is to scan the layered cream candidates who demonstrate leadership have good IQ and reasoning skills. 

A panel interview is often used interchangeably with a group discussion but follows a more formal approach. In a group interview, you can meet around 2 to 4 interviewers instead of one for a job opportunity. The intention is to judge your reaction and performance under tremendous pressure.
