Meet Aayush Dhoot – A mentor at Expertrons.
A few mantras shared by the man who describes himself as both a pessimist and optimist
Aayush, an ambitious boy from Kota, moved to Mumbai, to join the IIT and grab every possible opportunity in this city of dreams. Ayush, who now belongs to a family of financial sector background whereas he was always interested in Engineering. “I remember watching Megastructures on National Geographic channel, and since then I wanted to learn more about engineering,” he said.
While talking to Expertrons, he showed his concern on how the young generation is stressing on their career. He added, “Students should take time to figure out what really interests them and then pursue it without thinking about the consequences that might come along.” While remembering the popular quote of his idol Ratan Tata, ‘ I do not make the right decisions, I take the decision and make it right’, he emphasized on the importance of this quote in every students’ life. Working for the Construction Management at Tata Projects Limited feels very grateful for Ayush as he always dreamt to be a part of the empire built by his role model.
Apart from his work, he talked about what all other things he does daily to acquire knowledge. “ It is simply my willingness to learn and improve my current abilities that drive me to wake up and get out of bed every single morning. I read books, newspapers and watch documentaries every single day for that.”
He also suggested some ways of being productive by following the habit of waking up and going to bed on time. “I have been following the habit religiously to keep myself energetic throughout the day,” he said. Confronting passion being the biggest strength in his life, he also said that he constantly occupies himself with the thoughts of an unfinished task. “I am an optimist when I need to find solutions, but a pessimist when I want to work and find new ways to improve myself.”
