Expertrons is an initiative by experienced professionals turned entrepreneurs (IITB alum) having built a few of India’s largest companies across multiple domains.
This will be an opportunity to directly work with the founders.
What we are looking for: An entrepreneurial, thoughtful and positive mindset/approach to solving large problems, capable of adapting to changing market conditions, willing to join a growing startup, a rational and no-nonsense approach and practical thought process.
We’re looking for someone who has built out and scaled customer support operations,
particularly in a dynamic, fast-paced startup or tech environment. Ideally, you’ll have
experience designing and overseeing training, QA, and metric management programs
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
