Expertrons is an initiative by experienced professionals turned entrepreneurs (IITB alum) having built a few of India’s largest companies across multiple domains. This will be an opportunity to directly work with the founders. What we are looking for: An entrepreneurial, thoughtful and positive mindset/approach to solving large problems, capable of adapting to changing market conditions, willing to join a growing startup, a rational and no-nonsense approach, and practical thought process.
We’re looking for someone who has built out and scaled customer support operations,
particularly in a dynamic, fast-paced startup or tech environment. Ideally, you’ll have
experience designing and overseeing training, QA, and metric management programs
Generate new leads through outbound lead generation activities (emails, calls, social media, etc.)
Conduct research and prepare strategic plans to cover regions and generate leads
Provide context & support to the Sales Team on prospects.
Record and maintain details on our database.
Maintain relationships and clear communication with sales executives.
